The Thing That Drives You

There are so many reasons that people desire to get in shape, lose weight, get stronger, etc.

But the reason lies underneath the surface.


It’s not really about the number on a scale, how much the barbell in your hands weighs, or anything really to do with being fit at all.



It’s our desire to feel a certain way.

It’s the confidence we seek.

It’s the pride.


But it’s also often something outside of ourselves that is our biggest driver.


Our kids. Our grandkids. Getting out of chronic pain. Living longer. Getting off medications.

So, I’m curious, what’s the top reason you can think of that drives you to become your healthiest self?
