You tell me what you want to do. I’ll help you do it. First, I’ll learn about your lifestyle, needs, and specific goals. Then, over the course of the program, I’ll give you everything you need to look, feel, and perform better than you thought possible.
You can train at any time that suits you, in any place that suits you.
I provide training via an online platform and include weekly/bi-weekly check-ins and support.
I am an ACE-certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition-certified nutrition coach with a passion for helping women become their best selves. I like to use humor and heart to put you at ease and on a steady, consistent path toward wellness. I believe doing something, anything, is a step in the right direction. My passion is to make it easier for women to love themselves and to live their best lives.
I am inspired by many special women in my life, but primarily by my 3 incredible daughters who give me far more strength than lifting weights ever will.

I train my personal training and small group training clients in a private, judgement-free studio in Westerville. At the studio we also offer a wide variety of classes for women of all fitness levels.
